A number of educational initiatives were embarked upon by the Government of Antigua and Barbuda in the hope of reducing the digital divide that exist among students and to improve the overall teaching and learning environment in schools. Please share your views by making comments below, on how initiatives such as the one lap top per teacher and tablets for students can improve the overall performance of students.
If used properly and there are policies to guide the usage then this can be effective. Information is readily available hence learning will be more meaningful to the students. Students will have easy access to the relevant materials right then and there in the classroom
ReplyDeleteChildren seem real motivated and enthuse in the use in technological equipment. Children like to explore, thus the iniatiative would be a real asset in teaching/learning especially to be on par with other peer world wide and prepare them for the future and the world of education management.
